GREEN NOISE USA EXCLUSIVE!!!

Razorcake: "This is record is fucking bananas. Let’s start simple: it’s got a wild, colorful, stoner rock cover and opens up with some killer mid-tempo metal riffage. Then the vocals drop in and shit gets fuckin’ weird. A bit Rush-y, a bit Darkness-y, and a bit punk-on-acid-y, all garnished with some shreddy classic rock soloing? Okay… I’ll bite. But that’s just track one. Shit gets way weirder from there and is all over the fuckin’ map musically. There’s some grunge, some party rock, some deathrock, and even some hip hop. And that undersells the ADD-nature of the songs. Nothing is predictable and the “song” arrangements make no goddamn sense. This is a completely discombobulating listen and I gotta believe that’s the entire point, because no sane group of human musicians could possibly put together thirty-seven minutes this fucking bonkers without knowing exactly what they were doing. Well, that or lots and lots and lots of excellent drugs. Either way, if you want to temporarily not understand anything about music anymore, definitely check this sucker out." –Chad Williams

Hastings Noise wizzards WYTCH PYCKNYCK bring their Post Punk Garage Junkshop.  Rock to the pycknyck table on this seven track heavy hitter. Rawkuss distorts with the the guitar cacophony hitting the redlight in parts, and Frostbite a spoken word / rap intro metamorphosis into a space rock psychedelic wig out with bassist Ewan Fitzgerald’s passion for analogue synths coming to the fore. Sometimes the guitars shred and sometimes the bass takes pole position. Two and half minute thrash-outs sit shoulder to shoulder with nine-minute psych monsters AND it ALL makes sense.
