First ever official reissue of the 1983 classic 7” S+M from Public Disturbance, an early 80s American Hardcore Punk band founded by Paul Cowen from Point Pleasant, New Jersey in 1981. The 7” was originally released on Mutha Records, unofficially re-released on the epic Killed By Death series in the 1990s, and has gone to become a sought-after slice of East Coast Hardcore Punk. The LP compiles the 7” tracks along with unreleased live material recorded at CBGB’s.
