Ugly music for ugly people. With ‘Hollywood Fuckheads’ as a band name, ‘Totally Fucked’ as the EP title and the hideously gross cartoon sleeve art nothing about this record was gonna be pretty.
The dirtiest riffs, distorted vocals, frantic swirling
keyboard assault, raw bass and neanderthal drumming meld onto the skeletons of unused Ramones songs. A few years after their ultra limited self released 5” debut, Kelly Action and Ben Nuthink have frankensteined another monster mash up of Blatz, The Oblivions, The Scaners and the Ramones. And thrown in a couple of song titles Cosmic Psychos would be proud of.
