"Last Time Around" is the posthumous album by Roy Head, one of the wildest voices in garage soul and Texas blue-eyed soul. The album that wasn’t supposed to exist, but the world needed to hear. "Last Time Around" brings together the final tracks Roy recorded before his passing in 2020, including:
- A raw and powerful version of "Treat Her Right", featuring Deniz Tek (Radio Birdman), as heard in Tarantino’s Once Upon a Time in Hollywood.
- Unreleased sessions rescued from the vault, with his son Sundance Head on guitar and backing vocals.
- Contributions from Deniz Tek, Paul English, Tim Hudgins, and Bert Wills, bringing these songs back to life.
