Strut presents an exclusive reissue of Experience Unlimited’s debut album, Free Yourself, released in 1977 by sounding more like the early 1970s, a mix of instrumental and vocals cuts, a funk outfit with some heavy jazz funk leanings, and some clear rock leanings as well, clearly showing some influences of folks such as Hendrix, Miles Davis, Sly Stone and Funkadelic.
