For over two decades, Radio Days have chased the perfect chorus, shaping bright, high-voltage power pop from the glitter and grit of the late ’70s.

“I Won’t Give Up” is the first taste of their forthcoming fifth album Off The Record (due September 4th 2026). Released on 7” via Wild Honey Records (physical) and Ammonia Records (digital), the single captures the band at their most direct and punchy.

Formed in 2003, the Milan quartet fuse melody and momentum in the lineage of Elvis Costello, The Rubinoos, Big Star and The Knack. With over 350 shows across Europe, the UK and Japan, and festival appearances from International Pop Overthrow at the Cavern Club to Purple Weekend, they have shared stages with acts including Green Day and Weezer. “I Won’t Give Up” is a love letter to skinny-tie pop, pitched between The Jags, The Records and The Knack: a hypnotic riff, handclap-driven chorus and soaring harmonies delivering instant impact. On the B-side, “Bang Bang!” leans into glam swagger, nodding to T. Rex with a shuffle groove and melodic bass charge, while vocally bridging the theatrical punch of Gary Glitter and the harmonies of The Beach Boys.

Lean, fast and melody-rich, “I Won’t Give Up” is not nostalgia. It is Radio Days at full throttle, closing in on the perfect chorus once again.
