"Punk rock super group, featuring Ted Leo on vocals, Brendan Canty from Fugazi on drums, Michael Hampton from Faith/Fake Names on guitar and Sohrab Habibion from The Obits on bass, The Foreign Correspondents mine the early 70's work of French Canadian legend Michel Pagliaro on this 2 song 7"."

Both sides could be called power pop I suppose, definitely side one the flipside more of hard rock sound (although the power pop remains under the hard rock).  It makes sense this comes from Canada where this blend of hard rock, power pop and glam was so common (so common I coin it Canada Rock, thought it deserved a genre because there was so much of it, and the songs all had a lot in common.). -- winch
These covers are quite faithful to the originals (both 1971):

Pagliaro  Lovin' You Ain't Easy

Second Helping  We're Dancin' ('Til It Blows Over)
