"The majority of these recordings pre-date Junior's 1992 Fat Possum release, All Night Long. Though the production is not up to the standards of Junior's "studio" albums, the intensity of the performance more than makes up for it. Every effort has been made to preserve the integrity of the original home stereo recordings."

I believe side one is filled with home recordings from 1966, but I'm not sure about that. The liner notes date the other cuts, one cut from 1996 and three more live 1993. Anyway, essential blues, essential music.
