Jangle punk from Italy, soiled sneakers hopscotch who-cares happy with a stone stuck in the sock, lemonade spiked with a heavy dose of angst and cynicism, clearly taking some cues from the American West Coast of various eras of the 20th century, the 1960s through the 1990s, from the psychedelic jangle and garage pop of Los Angeles to the sunny shores of Long Beach, up to the north where pipedreams are found and shattered, clinging and dimly lit dreams where the skies are overcast with gray clouds, from the sun burning through the morning fog rolling into the Bay Area to the rainy afternoons in the Puget Sound, twirling and stretching and crunching up the influences and chucking into the blender, grabbing and smashing up the pulp and chewing it up and spitting it out like a glob of pale pink garage-rock bubble gum. -- winch (green noise)
