Bee Bee Sea open things up, stretching garage rock into something more fluid and melodic. The Peawees, thirty years in, lean into a deeper, groove-driven take on rock’n’roll, while Radio Days keep things fast, bright and tightly wound. Further out, The Bad Plug bring in a more abrasive, synthetic edge, previewing their upcoming LP compilation PLUGOLOGY, while Manduria slow the pace into something more repetitive and hypnotic. From the Texan underground, Drakulas and Oddfellows add a raw garage-punk charge, sharp and immediate. Crocodiles drift in with a detached, bittersweet kind of melody — like a love offer you wouldn’t know how to refuse, even if you tried.
