J Dilla has become like 2pac with way too many posthumous releases...they didn't feel like proper J Dilla releases without the magic touch that we usually expect when putting on some of his productions. This EP on the other hand is real J Dilla shit, with his signature banging beats with unorthodox percussion style, the reason while we loved his later material anyway. Now it's not as good as Donuts or any of his main albums, but I think any J Dilla fan should seek out this one as it's good enough to be part of his necessary catalog. It's a little gem.
